Required Parts
Pressure Plate, Clutch plate, and Throw-out Bearing - I mail ordered mine from Peninsula Import Auto Parts, 1-800-999-1209, for about $500. I received them within seven days from my order. They appear to be OEM parts since they are identical to the parts I took off the car. Even the markings on the new parts are identical to the old.
Three O-rings - I purchased these from my local Ferrari Parts Department for about $2 each. I am told the sizes are 21mm x 1.5mm, 39mm x 2mm, and 27mm x 2mm, in case you want to buy them from someplace else.
Silicone Glue for gasket surfaces. You can get this at any parts store for about $4.
Required Special Tools
Special Socket. A special socket is required to remove the bottom nut in the transfer case. The socket is also used to torque the nut back to 180 newton-meters. The Ferrari Parts Department just quoted "expensive", when I asked how much one would be.
One option: Since I didn't know I could purchase one for a reasonable price from Baum Tools, I made mine out of an old 1 7/16" socket. I purchased the new locking nut before tearing into the car so I would have the exact measurements of the nut. I then used a hacksaw and cut the four notches out of the socket. I then used a micrometer, bench grinder, and a file for the final adjustments on the socket. If you are not sure about building one, take the new nut to your local machine shop and they should be able to modify a socket for you.
Better option posted by Steve Magnusson: Baum Tools in Sarasota FL offers ring nut sockets in the various sizes required for Ferraris (Clutch shafts, Steering Wheel, Timing Belt Drive Sprockets, etc.) at (somewhat) reasonable prices (I think in the $50-$80 each range). They don't show these yet on their website (www.baumtools.com), but they can FAX you a 1-page sheet showing all of their special Ferrari tools. The complete information would be:

Snap-ring Pliers. You can get a pair from any auto parts store or you can get an excellent pair from Snap-on Tools, (414) 656-5200, for about $20.
Additional parts, but not necessarily required:
New Locking Nut. I purchased this from the local Ferrari Parts Department. If the old nut has been removed more than once, you will want to replace it since the locking part will crack. The Ferrari PN is 105137.
Oil Seal that goes behind flywheel. The Parts Department was out of the correct one, but they said Ferrari PN 136527 is a good substitute. It has the GACO name on it and the GACO PN is INA52657.
Oil Seal that seals the shaft in the bell housing. It has Ferrari part number of 128260. It has the GACO name on it and the GACO PN is 52556.
The small bearing on the engine side of the flywheel where the clutch shaft is secured. The Ferrari PN is 103877, but it is made by SKF. The SKF PN is 62202-2RS1/C3.
The large bearing on the transmission shaft, I am told, is an SKF PN 22N06E.
If you know of better places to purchase the parts or tools, please let me know, monty@ExpensiveCar.com and I will post it.
