Empty Camera Filter Rings allow you to add your round glass to create your own filter.

The Standard Non-Rotation Rings do not rotate when connected to a lens.  These are common rings for UV, Sky, and any other filters that don't need to be rotated once it is attached to the camera.

The Rotating Rings are used for filters such as polarizing or star filters that need to be rotated during use.

The screw-in retainer ring can be tightened with a small screwdriver.
